A commissioned alla prima portrait of Lydia. The only girl in a family with three older brothers, Lydia is both a fierce hockey player and a graceful young woman. This was one of those portraits that flowed seamlessly from brush to canvas, capturing the nuances of her personality. An 11 x 14" oil painting on linen canvas.
