Seagulls flock behind Ivar's Fish House near the Bainbridge Island/Seattle ferry, the flurry of wings and orange feet as they take flight over Puget Sound make for a lively almost abstract scene. There is a sign that says 'Please Feed the Seagulls' and these birds of the sea do get plenty of handouts.
